1)
write an advert for a flat you share with other students. One of the
others is leaving in June. Make it as realistic as possible. Don't
forget to say who you are, describe the area, the building, the flat,
(the landlord maybe?), the rent, what it includes, any rules, the
kind of person that you are looking for and anything else you think
is important. Give contact details and suggest a time when you are
available for anyone interesred in viewing the flat.
2)Write
a letter of enquiry to an English language school in a town in the
UK, the US or Ireland to ask for information. Explain who you are,
what you are would like to do and the information you need. You could
base your letter on a website like this:

3)
Write a covering letter and type a CV to apply for a job in the next
Olympics in Dublin (see page 120, column one (if not done in class)
4)
The advantages and disadvantages of living with your parents when you
are a young adult.
