If you want to do one of the Cambridge exams (FCE or CAE) while you are at Sapienza University you can get the information you need here:

The exams are held at the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo at regular intervals. The CLA is in the Marco Polo building (ex Sede Poste) in Viale dello Scalo S.Lorenzo, 82 - 00185 ROMA
